Article 1The Chinese name of the group is "Global Alliance of Lawyers" (hereinafter referred to as the Alliance), and the English name is "de" (abbreviated as "UAW".

Article 2The Alliance is a lawyer institution with a certain shadow in the global lawyer industry.

Article 3members of the Alliance have pledged to protect the rights and interests of other members in their respective countries and regions. Legal services are provided in vain and for profit. However, legal services for the protection of relevant rights and interests must respect and abide by the laws of the country and region where they are located. Any national or regional lawyer institution may declare its membership in the League and, upon examination and approval by the Union Secretariat, become a full member. The applicant shall promise to abide by the League's statutes and the League's preparations. The organizational structure of the alliance is set up as: the meeting of the chairman of the alliance and the Secretariat of the alliance.

Article 4any national or regional lawyer institution may submit an application for membership in the League, which can become a full member after being examined and approved by the Union Secretariat. The applicant must promise to join the League draft and the League Standby System

Article 5The organization of the League shall be set up as follows:

1. the main meeting of the League and the election of the chairman of the General Assembly of the Secretariat

2. the election of the members of the League. Personnel, vice-chairmen and cadres (in principle, one vice-chairman for each country) and one Secretary-General for a five-year term of office may be re-elected as Chairman and Vice-chairman of

Article 6The Conference of Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen shall be composed of

1. Participate in the formulation and revision of the draft of the Alliance.

2. Participate in the formulation of the Alliance's development plan and working guidelines.
